New York's Central Park (designed by the landscape architect god, Frederick Law Olmsted) is many things to many people. There is so much to do and see, we haven't even scratched the surface (but I have recently signed up for the park newsletter so hopefully I'll never miss another park activity again!). Some of the most famous areas include the Central Park Zoo, Loeb Boathouse, boating on Central Park Lake, and the Shakespeare Garden. There is the Belvadere Castle, Bethesda Fountain, Strawberry Fields, & the Carousal. The park attractions list is pages and pages long, but my personal favorites are the Conservatory Gardens, Bow Bridge, Hallett Nature Sanctuary and Sheep Meadow. I could wander for hours and never tire of taking pictures and admiring the magnitude of nature, right in the heart of one of the world's largest cities.
Spring at the Conservatory Gardens
Summer in Sheep Meadow
Fall at The Pond
Winter at Bow Bridge
What's your favorite season to visit Central Park? What areas do you spend most of your time?
