After a long Chicago winter, there is nothing more beautiful than the daffodils popping up out of the cold, hard, earth. On my morning run, I was stopped in my tracks as all the green shoots had magically turned into yellow flowers, over night. As the days progress from late April, into early May, into late May, the beauty of Lincoln Park just keeps getting better an better. From daffodils to tulips to tree blossoms to magnolias, everything is in bloom.
