Le Meridien in Nice, France

For our 3rd Anniversary, we headed back to the Mediterranean (we spent our honeymoon on the Mediterranean while visiting the Greek Islands) and spent a week plus in the South of France.  While we enjoyed day trips to Menton & Monte Carlo, we especially loved our time in Nice.  First things first, we stayed at a perfectly located hotel, Le Meridien.   The hotel had a wonderful rooftop restaurant, a beautiful pool and was walking distance to all the restaurants & tourist attractions.  Our room included a massive balcony overlooking the ocean and we spent a lot of time enjoying the views.  We spent a a few quiet afternoons watching the world below and almost every evening was spent sipping rose and watching the sunset.  Before we get into the sights of Nice, let's just enjoy this view :)
