The first few weeks of April are awash with color all over NYC. One of the most unexpected places to see Spring Blooms is Fidi. We like taking the ferry from Jersey City and landing in Manhattan at the prettiest ferry terminal. We explore Battery Park and then walk along the esplanade, heading north, stopping along the way to snap photos of Spring flowers, the Jersey City skyline, and of course, the World Trade Center. Since moving to the NYC area in 2020, Downtown has become one of my favorite areas of Manhattan to explore. It's much less hectic than other areas of NYC and there is so much to see and do. Some of my Fifi favorites are Battery Park, The Statue of Liberty, The Oculus & WTC, Pumphouse Park, Battery Park Esplanade, Staten Island Ferry, The National Museum of American Indian, and the South Street Seaport & the Tin Building.
